Frank Mullins Jr.

Frank Mullins Jr., 81, of Parkersburg, WV passed away peacefully with family on Friday, October 18, 2024. He was born in Harts, WV to the late Frank Sr. and Ruth McCloud Mullins.

Frank was self-employed for close to 40 years owning his own business, Mullins Construction which has been handed down to his son, Travis. He held many titles, including contractor, jokester, musician, hunter, fisherman, proud Army veteran, and most importantly, grandpa.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Susanna Szelpal Mullins; daughter, Lacey Thompson (Joshua); sons, Mike Workman (Angela), Marvin Mullins (Yulis), Ronald Mullins (Pon), Brian Carder (Diane), and Travis Mullins (Makayla); sisters, Susie Mullins Chapman and Patricia Self (Howard); and several grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Randall Mullins; sisters, Agnes Workman, Donna Browning, and Mae Ball; and his brothers, Richard, Elmer, and Lanny Mullins.

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike st. with full military rites being conducted at 4:00 PM.
