Billy Dwayne Bell Sr.

Billy Dwayne Bell Sr. 79, of Belpre, Ohio passed away peacefully at his residence on February 25, 2025.

Son of the late John and Fosteen Bell, Billy was born March 9, 1945 in Joker, WV. He enjoyed working with cars and spending time with friends and family.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Marie Bell; and two brothers, Roger and Wayne Bell.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Patsy Bell; son, Billy Bell Jr (Lisa); brother, Bobby Bell (Sharon); sisters, Loretta Bayer and Betty Bell Beck; grandchildren, Justin Edwards (Jenna), Ryan Edwards (Alexuss), Brittany Bell, Kayla Bell, Destiny Butler (Jacob), and Mariah Miller (Adam); life-long friend, Randy Schofield; 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Per Billy Sr.’s request, there will be no public services. A private cremation will take place at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home.
