Yvette M. Hanna

Yvette M. Hanna, 85, of Athens, Ohio formerly of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at the Laurels of Athens. She was born in Los Angeles, California, July 22, 1935 to Pierre "Pete" and Clarisse Duval Gagnon. She enjoyed trips to Amish Country, long car rides, and spending time with family and friends. Yvette is survived by three daughters, Yvonne Minshew (David), Lanette Sloter, and Renee Crook (Robert); three sons, Kevin (Becky), Russell (Gina) and Greg (Amy); 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Wayne; sister, Laura and brother, Robert. Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Father John Rice officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to a charity of your choice. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St, south Parkersburg is honored to serve the Hanna family.
