William Howard Cooper 91 of Belpre, Ohio, formerly of Grove City, Ohio, passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 at his residence surrounded by family.He was born February 14, 1929 in Parkersburg, West Virginia a son of Howard Dulin and Lena Sheets Cooper.Bill served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was retired from General Motors after 30 years. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing, and hunting. He was generous of heart and kind of spirit. He was a descendent of Henry Cooper who built the log cabin in the Parkersburg City Park and a member of the Masonic lodge of Grove City. He is survived by his daughter Debra Cooper Hill who was also his care taker in his last years, daughter Cindy Cooper Davis; one son Roger Cooper; grandchildren, Zoa, Lance, Tabatha, William, Clint, Amanda, Jessie; step- granddaughter Kassi; twelve Great-grandchildren; his sister Arlene Stevens; and companion Irma Grotey. In addition to his parents he was preceded by his first wife Eddis Orndof Cooper, his second wife Dorothy, and his third wife Geraldine; and his brother Donald E. Cooper. At his request there will be no service at this time. The family will have a celebration of his life at a later date. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Belpre is assisting the family.
