Virginia Ann “Jenny” Hemmelgarn, 61, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on Dec. 31, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born August 23, 1952, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Harry “Bud” and Edna V. Trippett Miller.Jenny was a waitress for Colombo's Restaurant for almost 30 years.She enjoyed bowling, traveling and walking.She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Steve Hemmelgarn; one daughter, Stacy Hemmelgarn, of the home; one sister, Patty Miller, of Parkersburg; two brothers, Harry “Bunk” Miller Jr. (Cathy) of Parkersburg and Danny “Sheik” Miller of Parkersburg; five grandchildren, Brice, Thomas and Daniel Fought and Damon and Jacob Fonner, all of Parkersburg.Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Pastor Don Yeager officiating.Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
