Vada "Grace" Stalnaker

Vada” Grace” Stalnaker 78, of Glenville, W.Va., passed away November 5, 2013 at Genesis Health Care of Glenville.She was born February 11, 1935 in Tanner, W.Va., a daughter of the late Bantz Stalnaker and Flora Connolly Stalnaker.She attended the former Tanner School and was a member of the Trace Fork Church. Grace loved her nieces and nephews and would rock them by the hours when they were little, but she spent many years in Nursing Homes.She is survived by one brother, Bantz “Sonny” Stalnaker, Jr. and his wife Billie of Glenville, W.Va.; and a sister, Dollie Eaton of Vienna, W.Va.; also several nieces and nephews.Preceding her in death was a sister-in-law, Roberta Stalnaker and a brother-in-law, Reverend Gene Eaton.Graveside service will be held Sunday, November 10, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Collins Cemetery, Stumptown, W.Va., with Reverend Kenny Kendall officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Collins Cemetery at Stumptown.
