Thelma A. Hays, 78, passed away July 24, 2021 at The Willows Center in Parkersburg. At Thelma's request there will be no visitation or services. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory Pike St. Parkersburg is honored to serve the Hays family.
