Tammy Lou Miller, 47, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on March 28, 2012 at her residence.She was born July 23, 1964, in Wood County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lewis W. and Edna Mae Riffle Delancy.Tammy was a cashier at the ParMar on Emerson Avenue and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandson. She attended Waverly Church of Christ.She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Richard E. “Dick” Miller; one daughter, Crystal Gail Barker of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two sons, Bruce Lee Barker and David Michael Miller, both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one grandson, Ethan Brady Carver; a very special friend, Zachariah James Hendershot; five sisters, Shirley Ann Duley of Mineral Wells, W.Va., Patsy Bennett of Parkersburg, W.Va., Anneke “Sue” Barker and Mary Jane Miller, both of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Rebecca Kay Civitillo of Washington, W.Va.; eight brothers, Floyd Thomas Jr. of Elizabeth, W.Va., James E. Barker Sr. of Kanawha, W.Va., Earnest E. Barker Sr. of Parkersburg, W.Va., Bruce Malone of Vienna, W.Va., Billie Paul Barker of Wadesville, W.Va., Lenzie L. Barker of Parkersburg, W.Va., Ricky J. Barker of Williamstown, W.Va. and Lewis W. “Little Billy” Delancy of Thomasville, N.C.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis “Poochie” Balderson; four brothers, Ronald Lee Barker, Elmer “Buddy” Barker, Donald Lee Barker, and Dwayne Michael Barker.Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Robert Long officiating. Interment will follow at Ayers Cemetery, Smithville, W.Va.Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
