Tabatha Nicole Chapman Dean, 29, of Davisville, W.Va. passed away on July 14, 2011 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.She was born August 18, 1981, in Parkersburg, W.Va. a daughter of Jon and Kelly Wyatt Chapman Jr. of Davisville.She was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School with the class of 2000 and was employed as an insurance agent with American Income Life. She was a loyal member of the 19th Street Church of God.Tabatha is survived by her parents; her children, Jayden Dean and Alexander Joseph; one brother, Jon Eric (Tracy) Chapman, of Ravenswood, W.Va.; her maternal grandmother, Christina Wyatt, of Parkersburg, W.Va.; her paternal grandparents, Jon and Patty Chapman, of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one nephew, Hunter Chapman; one niece, Dessirae Chapman; and her Fiance, Darren Gault and his daughter, Arianna Gault, both of Parkersburg, W.Va.She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Warden L. Wyatt.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at the 19th Street Church of God with Pastors Wanda and Geff Wayne and Pastor Randall Fusion officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens, Belpre, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. and one hour prior to the service at the church.Memorial contributions may be made to Wesbanco Bank, c/o Jon and Kelly Chapman, 260 Gihon Vlg, Parkersburg, WV 26101 where a trust fund has been set up for Tabatha's children.
