Suzanne Wilson Tewksbury

March 9, 1942 — February 28, 2012

Suzanne Wilson Tewksbury, 69 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Feb. 28, 2012 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus. She was born March 9, 1942 in Binghamton, NY, daughter of the late Raynold and Lillian Albright Wilson. She taught in the Wood County school system for 20 years. She was Program Director of the Frasier-Singleton Internship Program of the State of W.Va. for 27 years and President of the League of Women Voters for several years in the late 60's and 70's. She was also a member of the Wood County Public Library Board of Directors. Suzanne is survived by four children, Paula Tewksbury andPamela Duliere both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; Patrick Tewksburyand wife, Jennifer of Cincinnati, OH, and Peter Tewksbury and wife, Yulia of Leesburg, Va; eight grandchildren, William Duliere, Hannah Duliere, Anne Tewksbury, John Tewksbury, Joseph Tewksbury, Alexander Tewksbury, Kenneth Tewksbury, and Andrew Tewksbury; and two brothers, Raynold Wilson and wife, Judy and Paul Wilson and wife, Beth. There will be an open reception for family and friends of the family on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Blennerhassett Hotel from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.Donations in memory of Suzanne may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America @706 Haddonfield Road Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 or online at www.msassociation.org.
