Stephen Perry Hicks

Stephen Perry Hicks, 48, of Rockport, W.Va., passed away April 25, 2014 at Sistersville Center in Sistersville, W.Va.He was born June 30, 1965, in Weston, W.Va., a son of Virginia Wyant Hicks and the late Billy Randolph Hicks. He loved the outdoors.In addition to his mother, Stephen is survived by a daughter, Katarina Hicks; two sons, Todd Brown and Zack Clark; a sister, Brenda Gilbert; and three brothers, Randy Hicks, Mark Hicks (Marie) and Rodney Hicks (Janet).There will be no visitation or services at this time.Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
