Mulligan, 71, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on September 11, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born February 15, 1942, in Wood Co., W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Mary Buckley Corbin.Shirley was a homemaker, enjoyed playing Bingo and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.She is survived by one son, Bryan (Deb) Thomas of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one daughter, Michelle Workman also of Parkersburg; three grandchildren, Brittany McDonald, Ryan Stoops, and Brielle Thomas; three great-grandchildren, Natilye McDonald, Ryleigh Morris and Ryleigh Stoops; and one brother, Larry Corbin of Greenville, S.C.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Mulligan; and two brothers, Terry and Gary Corbin.Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
