Sharon Ann Drain

Sharon Ann Drain, 77, of Vienna, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born June 30, 1942, in Greenwood, WV, a daughter of the late Rex Rowe Doak and Loretta G. Lamm Doak Sullivan. Sharon retired from Nashua Photo and Coldwater Creek. She was a member of the Women of the Moose, a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church and attended the St. Andrews United Methodist Church. Sharon enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Edward Eugene Drain; her children, Roderick Drain (Darlene), Rick Drain (Kimberly), Dedra Balderson (Jerry) all of Parkersburg and Debra Weekley (Neil) of Ravenswood; eight grandchildren, Rod, Derick, Chrystal, Ricky, Darcie, Patrick, Megan and Zachary; eleven great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Sherry DeBarr. In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her brother, John Doak; and two sisters, Sue Crislip and Sandy Riddle. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with Pastor Lloyd Winans officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm on Sunday and one hour prior to the services on Monday at the funeral home.
