Sharon V. Davis

Sharon Virginia Davis, 71, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Jan. 13, 2012, at Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility.She was born Sept. 21, 1940, in Haywood, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lloyd A. and Virginia F. Abbott Davis.Sharon was employed as a certified nursing assistant and enjoyed quilting, painting, and most of all, her family.Surviving is one daughter, Milissa Phillips; two sons, Kenneth E. Wise and Ronald K. Wise (Teresa); six grandchildren, James Lively (Melissa) and Michael Lively (Michelle), Matthew Wise (Marissa), Derek McCune (Heidi), Amber Quimby (Josh) and Skyler Phillips; three great-grandchilren, Alex Lively, KeAndra Quimby and MaKenzie McCune; two aunts, Chrissy Lynch and Pete Rogers; several cousins; and Ken Wise.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Alyce Villers.Memorial services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with the Rev. Sandy Runion officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
