Ruth Topolsky

Ruth Topolsky, 84, of Belpre, Ohio passed away December 21, 2011 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, St. Joseph's Campus.She was born in Parkersburg, W.Va., November 4, 1927, a daughter of the late Earl Eugene and Glenna Rice Hansel.Ruth was a hairdresser and the operator/owner of The Beauty Nook for over 45 years. She was a member of the Porterfield Baptist Church.She is survived by one son, Patrick E. Topolsky of Anderson, Indiana; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Topolsky Deem of Belpre, Ohio; one sister-in-law, Lois Hansel of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Tiffany R. Topolsky of Belpre,Ohio, Stacy M. Topolsky McLaughlin (Nathan) of Belpre, Ohio; Patrick A. Topolsky and Katherine Topolsky and their mother, Terry Topolsky all of Orlando, Florida; two great-grandchildren, Arianna and Adrik McLaughlin of Belpre, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex C. Topolsky; one son, Michael A. Topolsky and a brother, Earl (Ike) Hansel.Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the Porterfield Baptist Church in Little Hocking, Ohio with Pastor Mark Eaton officiating. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Belpre.Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Blvd. Belpre, Ohio and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the Church.
