Rosa L. Braham, 52, of Vienna, W.Va. died July 5, 2012 at Marietta Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer. Rosa was born in Parkersburg, W.Va. a daughter of Carolyn Gabbert of Parkersburg and the late Buryl Jefferson “Junior” Fluharty. She had been an insurance agent with Waters Insurance Agency. She especially enjoyed camping and flower gardening. She was a 1978 Parkersburg South High School graduate and was a Methodist. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 33 years, Donald R. Braham; one daughter, Miranda J. Braham of Vienna, W.Va.; one sister, Cindy Shingleton and her husband, Steve of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two brothers, Jeff Fluharty and his wife, Angela of Mineral Wells, W.Va. and Jason Fluharty and his wife, Tabby of Parkersburg, W.Va.; and life-long friends, Jay Warren of Marietta, Ohio, Michael Miller of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Joanna Alfred of Lubeck, W.Va. A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m., Monday, July 9, 2012 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va.The family will receive friends two hours prior to services at the funeral home on Monday. At the conclusion of services, there will be a dinner in the Lambert-Tatman Family Center.
