Richard Wayne Kinney

Richard Wayne Kinney, 60 of , W.Va. passed away September 22, 2013.He was born December 13, 1952 in Parkersburg, W.Va. a son of the late James Richard and Rosemary Schreckengost Kinney.He was an electrician with the IBEW Local. Richard was a member of the Williamstown Masonic Lodge #129 A.F.&A.M, the Jerusalem Chapter #3, Calvary Commandery #3, Nemesis Shrine of Parkersburg where he participated in the Clown Unit. He was a Scottish Rite Valley of Parkersburg 32nd Degree KCCH and a member of the Williamstown Chapter #58 of the Order of Eastern Star. He was also a member of the Waverly Lions Club.He is survived by his wife, Sandra K. Kinney; one daughter, Shannon Husk (Mark) of Deerwalk, W.Va.; one step-son, Shawn Hartshorn of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two sisters, Rebecca D. Hall (Randall) of Deerwalk, W.Va. and Darlene M. Wright (Lon) of Waverly, W.Va.; one brother, David Lee Kinney (Tammy) of Vienna, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Katlynn and Hunter; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Rev. Diane Kenaston and Pastor Doug Guinn officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery with Masonic rites by Williamstown Masonic Lodge #129. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
