Rex B. Moss 81, of Williamstown, W.Va. passed away March 5, 2012 at Camden- Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.Rex was born October 28, 1930, in Akron, Ohio, a son of the late Bennie Buel Moss and Geraldine Faye Moss DeVine. Rex served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Schneider Construction Company of Parkersburg after 30 years of service and was a member of Riverside Church OfChrist. Rex enjoyed gardening and was an avid race fan locally and NASCAR. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Williamson Moss; two sons, Larry Moss of Cutler, Ohio, and Randy Moss (Mary) of Davisville, W.Va.; four sisters, Nettie Ellen Tennant (Mike) of Parkersburg, W.Va., Anna Faye Harper (Fay) of Cairo, W.Va., Doris Tennant of Fayetteville, N.C., and Elizabeth June Criss (Gene) of Vienna, W.Va.; three brothers, Darrell Gene Moss of Cairo, W.Va., Robert Hoyt Moss (Reta) of Cairo, W.Va., and Bennie Buel Moss, Jr. (Sarah Ann ) of Elizabeth, W.Va.; one grandson, Jeremy Allen Moss (Fances) of Walker, W.Va.;two great-grandchildren Dana and Lilly Moss; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. with Evangelist Bob Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home. American Legion Post #15 of Parkersburg will perform military honors prior to services at the funeral home on Thursday.
