Rebecca Kaye Shutts Stout, 59, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away Jan. 10, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born on Oct. 5, 1953, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Jack I. Shutts Sr. and Betty M. McMullen Shutts.Rebecca was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School with the class of 1972 and a Bartender at Dixie Bar and Grill and formerly at Audrey's Bar and Grill, DAV #6, AmVets #34, American Legion Post 15 and VFW Post 1212.She is survived by three children, April (Ronnie) Cleland, Penny (Jason) Deem and Billy Stout, all of Parkersburg, W.Va.; five sisters, Lydia Buffington, Faye Linkinoggor, Sonya (Ed) Parr and Tonya Smith, all of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Bonnie Downie of Davisville, W.Va.; three brothers, Jim (Rose) Shutts of Washington, W.Va. and Buckwheat Shutts and Kenny (Lisa) Davis, both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; grandchildren, Kayla and Madelyn Cleland, Braden and Abigail Stout, and Courtney and Carson Deem; nieces and nephews, Ryan and Katie Smith, Shelby and Tyler Parr, Gary and Miranda Buffington, Jamie Anderson, Jason Johnson, Angie Deaton, Lisa Moody and Bobby Conley; former husband and lifelong friend, Bob Stout of Parkersburg; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jack Shutts Jr.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Larry Dale and Pastor David Johnston officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.Becky loved helping anyone she could, spending time with her grandchildren and being with her many friends and family. She was known for her many jokes, texting and her love for gambling.
