The link is below the LT logo.Randall Lee Watkins, 53, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away Sept. 22, 2013.He was born Aug. 6, 1960 in Parkersburg, a son of Nancy T. Vernon Watkins of Metz, W.Va. and the late William Woodrow Watkins.He worked for Federal Industrial Services as a sandblaster and enjoyed hunting and fishing.He is survived by his wife, Roberta Dowler Watkins; one son, Fielding Blake Metz; two step-sons, Randall Shears (Amber) of Washington, W.Va. and Timothy Shears (Jamie) of Mineral Wells; one sister, Grace Paraslando of New Jersey; his mother-in-law, Shirley Ann Dowler of Rockport; a sister-in-law, Sherry Pratt of Rockport; a brother-in-law, Bob Dowler (Kathy) of Rockport; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Woodrow Watkins II; and his father-in-law, Robert Lee Dowler.A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., south Parkersburg with Pastor Don Yeager officiating.
