She was born November 27, 1950 in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Harold Edward Harper, Sr. and Freda Eggleston Harper.Ramona graduated from Sissonsville High School with the class of 1968. She was a homemaker and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a very active member of the 36th Street Church of Christ in Vienna.She is survived by her husband, Keith Jones; two daughters, Tiffany Wetz of Vienna, W.Va. and Tonya Bannister (Timmy) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one son, Todd A. Jones (Rachel) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one stepson, Jason Jones, of Carmel, IN; nine grandchildren, Ashlee Williams, Justyn Harper, Jeremia Harper, Jordyn Marshall, Cassidy Wetz, Carissa Wetz, Austin Jones, Logan Jones, and Emmitt Jones; brothers, Charles Harper of Monroe, GA, and David Harper of Scott Depot, WV; sisters, Lousie Heusser of Madison, GA, and Gayle Johnson and Mary Shropshire both of Bostwick, GA; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Edward Harper, Jr.; sisters, Doris Jean Harper, Patricia Ann Harper, and Carolyn Estep; and infant daughter, Jennifer Rebecca.Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the 36th Street Church of Christ in Vienna, with Evangelist Mark Mason and Evangelist Tom Butterfield officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Parkersburg, W.Va. The family will receive friends 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Kelli Cawley, the Camden-Clark Medical Center Oncology, and Housecalls Hospice.
