Phyllis Lucille Nulter 86, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born April 22, 1927 at Beaver Falls, PA., a daughter of the late William and Jane Hewitt Francis.Phyllis was a 1945 graduate of Parkersburg High School. She married the love of her life, George Nulter on July 2, 1948 and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was a member of the 36th Street Church of Christ in Vienna. She is survived by her two daughters, Patty Wright and husband, Mike and Debbie Morrison and husband, Tommy all of Vienna, W.Va.; three sisters, Lois Swesey and Norma Craig both of Vienna, and Linda Cramer and her husband, Tedof Overland Park, Kansas; three grandchildren, Andy Wright and wife, Lee of Waverly, W.Va., Tyler and Casey Morrison both of Vienna, W.Va.; one step-grandson, Chad Morrison and wife, Melissa of Davisville, W.Va.; one great-granddaughter, Layni Morrison of Davisville; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, George Nulter who passed away January 21, 2011, three years to the day of her passing. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. with Mark Mason officiating. Interment will follow at the Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
