Patsy Ann Sinnett, 74 of Belpre, Ohio passed away Sept. 15, 2014, at Heartland of Marietta.She was born Feb. 15, 1940 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Goldie Hicks. Patsy was employed by the C&P Telephone Company in the late 1950's and most recently by the Wood County Senior Citizens as a bus driver and in-home care giver. She also loved riding motorcycles with her husband in earlier years and going to yard/garage sales. She was a member of the Rockland United Methodist Church in Belpre, Ohio. Patsy will be sadly missed by her husband, a very special close friend, Norma with whom she shared special things together during their birthdays and holiday seasons, and also a close friend, Phyllis Carpenter in the state of Washington. She is also survived her three Schnauzers and cat, at home, who have missed her terribly during her time of illness.Surviving is her husband, Jack Sinnett of 53 years; one son, Joey Sinnett of Marietta, Ohio; one sister-in-law, Sandy Sinnett of Parkersburg; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Hoover; brothers, Glen Hicks and Harold Hicks.The family would like to thank Heartland of Marietta for their kind and loving care during her time of illness and the staff at Marietta Memorial Hospital and Hospice.Patsy was a giving person and continues to bless others by being a donor. She requested thather body would be donated to the West Virginia Human Gift Registry in Morgantown, W.Va.Her wishes were to have no visitation or services. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
