Monna Sue Woods Offenberger, 60, of Marietta, Ohio passed away Friday, August 26, 2011 at her residence. She was born October 25, 1950 in Elkins, W.Va., daughter of the late Albert and Virginia Dunham Woods. Monna was a homemaker and had worked as an activities director at the Harmar Place. She enjoyed poetry, singing, cooking and decorating the house. Monna was a member of the Cutler Chapel Church and started the children's group at the church. She is survived by her husband, Roger Offenberger; two sons, Travis Offenberger and his wife, Kelly, of Columbus, Ohio, and Daniel Offenberger and his wife, Jennifer, of Marietta, Ohio; two brothers, John Woods and his wife, Norma, of Belleville, W.Va., and Tom Woods and his wife, Becky, of Parkersburg, W.Va.; and three grandchildren, Virginia Rose Offenberger, Kennedy Offenberger, and Dustin Sturm. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Blvd., Belpre, Ohio with Pastor Earl James officiating. Interment will follow at the Gravel Bank Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the funeral home.Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Marietta Home Health Hospice at 210 N. 7th St., Suite 400 Marietta, Ohio 45750
