Mival Elizabeth “Betty” Daggett, 86, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on Sept. 28, 2011 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, St. Joseph's Campus.She was born July 22, 1925, in Roane Co., W.Va., a daughter of the late Pearl A. and Fanny Agnes Cain Wood.Betty was a homemaker, enjoyed fishing and enjoyed traveling to and spending her winters in Florida. She was a member of North Fork Baptist Church in Ritchie County, W.Va. but attended Broadway Baptist Church.She is survived by four sons, Stephen L. (Rose) Daggett of Stockport, Ohio, Robert “Allen” (Patty) Daggett of Parkersburg, W.Va., Larry A. (Kathy) Daggett of Elizabeth, W.Va. and Douglas W. (Carla) Daggett of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one special daughter, Kat, of Bangkok, Thailand; former daughter-in-laws, Shelia Daggett and Tem Daggett; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Raleigh A. Daggett; one grandson, Scott A. Daggett; four brothers and five sisters.Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Duane Porter officiating. Interment will follow at Good Hope Cemetery, Reedy, W.Va.Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and one hour prior to services on Sunday at the funeral home.
