Mildred Irene Haddox

Mildred Irene Haddox, 90, of Parkersburg, W.Va., went to be with her Lord on Dec. 16, 2012.She was born on July 10, 1922, in Spencer, W.Va., a daughter of the late Dale and Brook O'Neal Bartlett.She was a retired employee of the Board of Education and was a member of South Parkersburg United Methodist Church.She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn D. Bentz of Parkersburg, W.Va.; her two grandchildren, Derek and Kelly Bentz of Parkersburg; one great-grandson, Hunter O. Steakley, and his father, Mark Steakley of Parkersburg.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Haddox; her son, Robert Haddox; her sister, Eileen Runnion; and her two brothers, Homer and Sterling Bartlett.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Rick Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
