Michael A. Bennett

Michael Alan Bennett, 58, of Belpre, Ohio passed away Friday, August 2, 2013 at his residence.He was born March 19, 1955 in McArthur, Ohio, a son of the late Hunter Clay and Marjorie Alice Kochert Bennett.Mike was a 1973 graduate of Belpre High School and was employed at Little Hocking Service Center. He loved music, photography, sports and cars.Mike is survived by his sisters, Mary “Darlene” Bennett Bottomly and Sharon Bennett Peel, both of Winter Garden, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Nancy Duff Bennett, of Lowell, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Bennett.At his request, his body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2013 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio with Evangelist Ron Laughery officiating.The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home. A reception will follow the services at The Station Lounge, 595 Joe Skinner Road, Belpre, Ohio.
