Melody Frances Allen

Melody “Mel” F. Allen, 52 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away April 25, 2012 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus. She was born March 8, 1960 in Painesville, Ohio a daughter of the late Mildred F. Allen and William Lee Allen.Melody is survived by her fiancé, Mike Fortino; four sons, Jeremy and Justin Allen of Silver Spring, MD, Joshua Allen and Jason Pearson both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; five sisters, Linda Phaneuf of Belpre, Ohio, Brenda (Gail) Adkins of Williamstown, W.Va., Sherry Loan of Parkersburg, W.Va., Virginia Lamb of Ironstation, NC, and Sandra K. Adkins (David) of Parkersburg, W.Va.; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Bell; and brothers, Fred William Loan Jr., Hunter Loan, and William Glenn Allen. A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Rev. Sandy Runion officiating.Melody lived life to the fullest, she will be missed by all.
