Mary Jean Shuck

Mary Jean Shuck, 84, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on Monday, July 2, 2012 at the Parkersburg Care and Rehabilitation Center.She was born June 8, 1928, in Putnam County, W.Va., a daughter of Gladys Gillespie Shue of Winfield, W.Va. and the late Ernest Shue.Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Parkersburg where she was a member of the Star of Hope Circle.In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Jane Somerville and her husband Gary of Williamstown, W.Va. and Deborah Mason of Cambridge, Ohio; three sisters; one brother; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Harley J. Shuck; two brother; and two sisters.Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Rev. Dave Stilgenbauer officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
