Mary Phyllis Harlow, 85, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away February 7, 2012 at Parkersburg Care and Rehabilitation Center.She was born August 29, 1926, in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of the late Paul C. and Dazzie Dell Webb Isner.Mary was a homemaker, an avid bowler and loved camping. She was a member of the American Legion and Larkmead Baptist Church.She is survived by two daughters, Doris Jean (Jim) Anthony of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Rosellia (Donzal) Murray of Sandyville, W.Va.; two sons, Robert Harlow of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Allen (Cathy) Harlow of Washington, W.Va.; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Okey “Mang” Harlow; one son, David Harlow; one brother, Paul Isner; one sister, Betty Harvey; and an infant brother, Cletus Edward Isner.Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Rick Brown officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to service Friday at the funeral home.
