Mark David Grose, 46 of Lubeck, W.Va. passed away Nov. 18, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born Feb. 16, 1965 to David and Wanda Boggs Grose. He was a 1983 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and went on to attend Ohio Diesel Technical Institute of Cleveland where he graduated with honors in 1984. He moved to Concord, NC where he worked for over 20 years at Covington Detroit Diesel. He moved to the Lubeck/Parkersburg area in 2008 where he worked for Matheny Motors Truck Company as a Diesel Technician.He was a proud member of the Patriot Guard Riders, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 2307. Mark loved riding his Harley, working on old cars, and working with his hands. He will be missed by many friends and family. He is survived by his loving wife, Teri Lynn Malson Grose; his mother, Wanda Grose of Proctorville, Ohio; three step-daughters, Kayla E. (Eric) Litton of Crestview, Florida, Kassandra D. Norris, and Kourtney A. Norris of Lubeck; two grandsons, Austin and Wyatt Litton of Crestview, Florida; two sisters, Debby (Don) Auch of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Kim (Richard) Jeffrey of Proctorville, Ohio; one nephew, David Paul Kyer; and four nieces, Emma McNeill, Sara Smith, Jessica Auch, and Addie Tefft. He is also survived by his two loving dogs, Maddie and Hayden. He was preceded in death by his father, David C. Grose; and a sister, Patricia Kyer. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. There will be no services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family requests donations be sent to a memorial fund in Mark's name at BB&T 1605 Harris Highway Parkersburg, W.Va. 26101-7615.
