Marjorie J. Hart

Marjorie J. Hart, 86, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away Oct. 12, 2011 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital.She was born April 15, 1925 in Belmont County, Ohio, daughter of the late William and Ama Geneva Wells Haught. Marjorie was previously a Boy Scout Den Mother and Girl Scout Leader in Belmont, Ohio. She was a member of the Belmont and Camden Ave. Church of Christ and enjoyed reading, music, and spending time with her family.Marjorie is survived by her son, Michael R. Hart and wife Kathy of Bethesda, Ohio; one daughter, Susan Hart Swackhamer of Belpre, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, Jeff, Jill, Jenny, Tiffany, Matt, Brian, Micheal Lee, Holly, Jeffrey, Stephanie, and Jessica; 30 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and cousin, Nedra of Louisville, Ky.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold D. Hart, and one grandson, Joe.Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Blvd. Belpre, Ohio. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Services, Bethesda, Ohio with additional visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Interment will follow at the Belmont Cemetery.
