Marie Chenoweth Wigal, of Spring Hill, FL, and Bartlett, OH, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Oct. 10, 2013.Marie was born Sept. 21, 1939, to the late Curtis Hanger and Lillian Wood Chenoweth in Calhoun County, W.Va.Marie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cecil E. Wigal; and her sister, Arlene Chenoweth Gilliland.Marie is survived by sisters, Rita Glenn (Bob) of Spring Hill, FL and Sandra Kelly (David) of Lexington, NC; their only brother, Rev. Gary C. Chenoweth of Bristol, VA; and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews who cherish their beloved Aunt Marie.Marie worked various jobs including computer programming, and was a realtor in the Columbus, OH area before going into nursing. She was a graduate of the Columbus School of Practical Nursing. She retired from being company nurse with Accuray in Columbus.Marie loved music and enjoyed playing the piano, organ, and guitar. She also loved the beach and she and Cecil traveled extensively with their airstream.She was an excellent seamstress and cook. She had a tremendous zest for living and was ever learning. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike Street, Parkersburg with David Kelly officiating. Interment will follow the service at Good Hope Cemetery in Reedy, W.Va. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
