Marcia Ellen Somervill

Marcia Ellen Somervill, 58 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Sept. 14, 2011 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, St. Joseph's Campus. She was born April 10, 1953 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Rolla Dillon and Ruby Mae Somervill. She was a homemaker and loved talking with her CB friends and working with crafts. Marcia is survived by two daughters, Amanda Mae Somervill of Charleston, W.Va., and Carrie Jane Somervill of Lexington, KY; one son, Josh Somervill of Parkersburg, W.Va.; four sisters, Jackie Stewart (Rufus), and Shirley Young (Marvin) all of Tampa, FL, Rebecca Fox (Mike), and Patricia Marshall (Roger) all of Parkersburg, W.Va.; four brothers, Donald Pendell (Donna) of Dayton, Ohio, Butch Somervill (Judy) of Parkersburg, W.Va., Steve Somervill of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Ross Somervill (Martha) of Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren, Teah Somervill, Amaje Somervill, and Colson Somervill; many nieces and nephews; and her dog “Sadie”.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Paul Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be noon until 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
