The link is on the left hand side.Louisa Ellen (Peggy) Richards, 75, of Mineral Wells, W.Va. passed away January 4, 2013 at the Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility.She was born March 21, 1937, in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Oley and Ollie Maddox Wilson. She enjoyed gospel and bluegrass music, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.Peggy is survived by her children, Joe Richards of Parkersburg, Patsy Watson of Vienna, W.Va., Michael (Kathy) Richards of Parkersburg, Jim Richards of Indiana, Shawn (Tammy) Richards of Parkersburg, Kayvonne (Greg) Settle of Little Hocking, Ohio, and Karen Schaffer of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Trish Richards, Stacey Watson, Tracey Bland, Brandy Stephens, Chaz Richards, Laura Bibbie, Katrina Richards, James Bailey, Kayla Clark, Jordan and Collin Settle, Anni, Ryan, Shannon Richards, Ashli Schaffer, Skylar Bland, Heather Lemley, Ollie Richards, Austin and Olivia Richards; great-grandchildren, Patrick and Katie Collins, Andrew and Julia Bland, Sydney Ratliff, Tyler and Sydney Stephens, Lacey Davis, James D. Bailey, Davyn and Hayvin Clark, Isabella and Aleeyah Bland, Preston and Damien Lemley; and one sister, Evelyn Barringer.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her children's father, Wilbur Richards; great-grandson, Justus Ratliff; brothers, Albert and Lee Wilson; and sisters, Iona Gault, Rachel Johnson, Dolly Clark, Ruth Ann Deem, and Elvie B. Otis.Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 8, at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Roger Barnes officiating. Interment will follow at the Middle Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 7, at the funeral home.A special thank you to Dr. Maijub and the girls at Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility for their special care and kindness.
