Lottie Marie

Lottie Marie Bee, 93 of Parkersburg passed away May 28, 2013 at her residence.She was born February 9, 1920 in Ritchie County, W.Va. a daughter of the late Herman and Orl Barker Francis. She was a homemaker and loved sewing, quilting and cooking. She was a Protestant by faith.Lottie is survived by two daughters, Joyce “Tuddle” Wolfe (Kenneth), and Marie “Sis” Morrison both of Parkersburg; two step-daughters, Betty Marshall of Parkersburg, and Naomi “Cookie” Burk of Vienna; two sons, James “JH” Persell (Maria) of Huntsville, Texas, and Cecil “Bud” Persell (Violet) of Parkersburg; a step-son, Charles “Bill” Bee of Belleville, W.Va.; three sisters, Grace Haynes of Syracuse, Ohio, Emma Belle Griffith of Pennsboro, W.Va., and Delphia Nolan of Wheeling, W.Va.; two brothers, Russell Francis of Ritchie County, W.Va., and Howard Francis of Watertown, Ohio; 27 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Bee in 1986; a son, Mark; step-son, Carl Bee; four brothers; and two sisters.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. Burial will follow at Victory Ridge Cemetery in Ritchie County. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
