Thomas, 74, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on April 20, 2012 at Camden-Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born March 22, 1938, in Belpre, Ohio, a daughter of the late Herbert Ray and Vivian C. White Moody.Lois retired from Public Debt with 33 years of service. She attended South Parkersburg Baptist Church and was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church. She enjoyed square dancing and bowling, flower gardening, her computer, game show network, NASCAR racing, spending time with her loving family, and attending her grandchildren sporting events.She is survived by two daughters, Rhonda (Grant) Dotson of Elizabeth, W.Va. and Pamela (Randy) Dunn of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one sister, Rita J. (Gerald) Board of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one brother, Larry (Rosie) Moody of Belton, Mo.; eight grandchildren, Sasha Carter, Selina Carter, Randall Dunn, Paige Dunn, Drew Dotson, Drake Dotson, Taylor Dotson, and Rena Swesey; five great-grandchildren, Brayden and Chloe Salisbury, Michael and Landon Dotson, and Breeah Swesey; her special neighbor, Nina Chenoweth; and her special pet, Rosie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Thomas; and one son, Allen Thomas.Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Roger Morrison officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
