Lena "Chris" Ellison

Lena “Chris” Ellison, 78, of Vienna, W.Va., passed away July 4, 2014 in her home. She was born October 30, 1935 in Wood County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Roy E. and Sarah B. Smith Roberts.She had been an employee of Moore's Lumber and Sam's Club and was a member of the 14th Avenue Gospel Mission.Chris is survived by two sons, Michael Ellison and fiancée, Sue Lynn Gallind, of Little Hocking, Ohio and David Ellison of Columbus, Ohio; one brother, Roy Roberts, Jr. of Ohio; and several grandchildren.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan G. Ellison; two daughters, Deborah Brink and Janie Lynn Mason; and three sisters, Betty Velka, Glennadine “Dolly” Caivano, and Maxine Roberts.A memorial service will be held 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, W.Va. with Reverend Wayne Brown officiating.
