Larry Keith Keenan

Larry Keith Keenan, age 76 of Pace, Florida passed away November 10, 2013 at the West Florida Hospital, Pensacola, Florida. He was born February 7, 1937 in Parkersburg, W.Va., the son of the late Thomas and Edythe Foster Keenan.He was a 1955 graduate of Parkersburg High School and was a graduate of Appalachian Bible College. He served for 15 years in the U.S. Navy. He had been a pastor from 1974 to 2004 having served for 15 years at Eastwood Bible Church in Kanawha, W.Va. and retired as pastor of the Kanawha Drive Baptist Church in Glenville, W.Va. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, painting, reading and keeping up with current events both locally and worldwide.He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Cora Dixon Keenan; two sons, Timothy Keenan (Mary) and Nathanael Keenanall of Pensacola, FL; a sister, Sonya Keenan of Parkersburg; and one grandchild, Mason Keenan.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Larry Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
