The link is below.Click Here To View Memorial VideoLarry Clyde Duncan, 73, of Mineral Wells, W.Va., passed away on June 14, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family.He was born September 20, 1939, in Big Tygart, W.Va., the son of the late Clyde and Gladys Casto Duncan.He was retired from G.E. Plastics after 34 years of service. He formerly worked at the Viscose factory. Larry loved home improvement projects and was a farmer in earlier years. His favorite times were those spent with his family. He enjoyed carpenter work, racing, fishing, farming and raising his Hereford cattle.Surviving is his wife of 55 years, Kathie Melrose Duncan; two daughters, Marilyn Carmichael and Leisa Luse (Joe), both of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; eight grandchildren, Dustin Holpp (Ashley) of Parkersburg, W.Va., Jessica Hall (Jeremy) of Lubeck, W.Va., Cody Carmichael, Colton Carmichael and Kaitlyn Johnson of Mineral Wells, W.Va., Sheena Kyer of Pettyville, W.Va., Brandon Duncan and Jacob Kyer of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; six great-grandchildren, Landon, Branson and Sophie Hall of Lubeck, W.Va., Jackson Holpp of Parkersburg, W.Va, Kyler and Holden Gabbert of Pettyville, W.Va.; two sisters, Dorothy Dawson of Mineral Wells, W.Va. and Delores Archer (Doc) of Rockport, W.Va.; mother-in-law, Sylvia B. Melrose of Slate, W.Va.; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a very caring and compassionate Housecalls nurse, Andrea Lawson.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Larry Todd Duncan.Larry will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He dedicated his time and devotion to his family, who will remember his love and laughter forever.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Melvin Boggs officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Mineral Wells.Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
