Kenneth Leo Lockhart Jr.Kenneth Leo Lockhart Jr., 63, of Waverly, W.Va., passed Sunday, May 18, 2014 after an extended illness.He was born March 2, 1951, in Parkersburg, W.Va.He is survived by his mother, Jane Gorby and step-father, Harry Gorby of Lady Lake, Fla.; a sister, Karen Lockhart of Port St. Lucie, Fla; a brother and sister-in-law, Gregory and Joye Lockhart of Washington, W.Va.; and a niece, Kristen Lockhart of Washington, W.Va.He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth L. Lockhart Sr.A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the families. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services will be assisting the family with arrangements.
