Kathryn Eloise Conaway

Kathryn Eloise Tefft Conaway, 84 of Vienna, W.Va. passed away August 27, 2013 at Doctor's Hospital, in Columbus, Ohio. She was born November 9, 1928, in Parkersburg, W.Va., the daughter of the late Harry C. and Edna Ingold Tefft. She was an avid supporter of Christian Education and a Patron Life Member of Stepping Stones for Ohio Valley University. She retired from Ohio Valley University in 1990. She was a member of Grand Central Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles F. Conaway; a son, Charles Dean Conaway and his wife, Sharlene of Las Vegas, NV; a daughter, Debra Izuegbunam of Columbus, OH;four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Jean Lawrence.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday August 31, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. with Bruce Terry officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.Friday and one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Ohio Valley University in memory of Kathryn.
