Karen S. Keffer, 66, Davisville, W.Va. passed away on October 18, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.She was born May 25, 1947, in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late James Elsworth and Elizabeth Nell Epling Keffer.Karen was co-owner and office manager of a collection agency in Parkersburg and an HVAC business in Marathon, Fla. for 20 years. She enjoyed horseback riding and was a member of the Woman's Republican League. She was a member of Life Church of Parkersburg.She is survived by her two daughters, Lisa Diane Kaelin of Marathon, Fla. and Paige Nicole Keffer of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one son, Paul A. Blough Jr. (Denise) of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; one brother, James M. Keffer (Brenda) of Vienna, W.Va.; grandchildren, Drew Blough, Amberle Berry, Todd R. Hinkle Jr., and Aron M. Hinkle; great-grandchildren, Lauren Berry, Aliyah and Kylie Frame; niece and nephew, Jamie Keffer and Brandon Schirtzinger; and Lynda Shutts, who was like a sister to her.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an adoptive daughter, Lisa Smith.Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, 2013 at Life Church with Pastor Pasi Sikio officiating. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory, Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
