Judith Louise Daley

Judith "Judy" L. Daley, 82, of Vienna, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 at her son's home surrounded by her family.  She was born April 10, 1942 in Brown, WV, a daughter of the late Brooks and Helen McCullough.

Judy was a graduate of Wallace High School before moving to Parkersburg to work at Public Debt.  She then spent over 30 years babysitting for many local families.

She was a long-time member of the 19th Street Church of God in Parkersburg where she was a dedicated children's Sunday School teacher for 58 years.  Her primary passion was spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She also enjoyed camping, gospel sings, and senior activities in the community and at church.

She was preceded in death by Chuck, her husband of 52 years.  She is survived by daughter, Becky (Steven) Toole of Vidalia, GA; son, Scott (Angie) Daley of Vienna; four grandchildren, Brooke (Andrew) Flowers, Katie Daley, Megan (Trent) Young, and Jacob (Reghan) Daley; and four great grandchildren, Faith and Samuel Flowers, Maggie-Mae Young, Laurel Daley, and one on the way.  She is also survived by her siblings Duane McCullough, Iva (Alex) Abramowski, Carolyn (Bob) Burns, Debbie Loy, Mike (Leila) McCullough, and best friend Helen Belt.

Funeral services will be Friday, November 22, 2024 at 11 a.m.at Parkersburg 19th Street Church of God with Pastors Steven Toole and Jimmie Cox officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the church and one hour prior to the service.  Judy's family would like to thank the care team at Amedisys Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Judy and in honor of her great niece, Michelle James.  Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna is assisting the family.
