Jesse Ford Clevenger

Jesse F. Clevenger died at home July 28, 2012 after a brief illness. He was born in Nicholas Co., a son of the late Ercel and Nina Clevenger on May 31, 1928. He was 84.He is survived by his wife, June Clevenger; son, Jesse F. Clevenger II (Mary); daughter, Carol Summers; step-son, J.R. Amburgey; step-daughter, Tina Amburgey; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his brother, Mike Clevenger (Dawn Rae). He retired from Eramet Power Plant.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Pat and Jim. He was a Marine veteran and loved fishing, hunting, trapping, and telling funny stories. No visitation will be observed at this time. Memorial service arrangements will be announced at a later date. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, is assisting the Clevenger family with arrangements.
