James Nathan Hibbard, 55, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on Feb. 25, 2014, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus. He was employed at Moe's in Vienna and was formerly employed at Liberty Truck Stop in Mineral Wells, W.Va.He is survived by his fiance, Bobbie Jo Cole.There will be no visitation or services.
