Jack E. Brown

Jack E. Brown went home to be with the Lord on May 29, 2013 at Carehaven of Pleasants.He was born June 13, 1933 in Parkersburg. Jack lived his entire life in Parkersburg and would never call another town “home”. He loved long walks, long talks and making people laugh. Everyone who met him loved him instantly.He is survived by his only daughter, Jennifer and her husband, Aaron; his grandchildren, Devin,Maverick, Anastasia Fitzgerald, Britney Cromer, and Emily Conley; his ex-wife and best friend, Shirley Brown; his dear friend Alisha Conley who he thought of as a second daughter; and his cat, A.J. who was with him for 16 years.He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Harrison, Don, Warren and Frank; sisters, Virginia and Mary; and his infant son, Robert.Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Dwane Porter officiating. the family will receive friends from noon until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
