Howard Wayne Holbert, 61, of Sandyville, W.Va., passed awayAugust 4, 2012, at his residence. He was born Feb. 25th, 1951 in Jackson County, W.Va.,a son of the late Charles R. and Dorothy Wigal Holbert.He worked at Johns Manville for 31½years and at Pactiv for 8 years. He loved spending time with his family and hunting.He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Kathie Allman Holbert; one son, Kevin; one daughter, Kristy (Gary) Riggs, all of Sandyville, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Emily, Colton, and Preston Riggs; four sisters, Bonnie (Walter) Trickett of Sandyville, W.Va., Ellen (Walter) Lockhart of Parkersburg, W.Va., Peggy (Alvin) Sims of Leroy, W.Va.,and Barbara (John) Hunt of Parkersburg, W.Va.; five brothers, Rodney(Roxie) of Elizabeth, W.Va., Francis(Doris) of Washington, W.Va., Ralph (Deloris) of Mineral Wells, W.Va., Leon, and James (Jamie) all of Sandyville, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 7, 2012 atLambert-Tatman Home Green St.400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Rev. Enoch Pursley officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
