Harley Hall, 91, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on December 9, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus.He was born Sept. 17, 1922, in Palestine, W.Va., a son of the late Ira and Nina Hall.Harley was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, member of Labors Union 1085, retired from construction and had worked at Dupont.He enjoyed fishing and visiting with friends.Harley is survived by one grandson, Rick Adams of Fredrick, Md.; and one granddaughter, Angela Adams of Parkersburg.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Nicely Hall in 1985; his daughter, Dianne Adams in 2010; his son, Howard Nicely; his grandson, Stephen Adams; his sister, Goldie E. Anthony in 2005; and his brother, Melvin Hall.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Jim Lynch officiating.Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery.Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service on Friday.
