Gladys E. Webb Coron, 74, of Vienna, W.Va. completed her tasks on earth Monday, December 23, 2013 in the Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus. She was born at Seminole, W.Va., March 3, 1939, a daughter of the late David C. and Edith P. Morgan Webb.Mrs. Coron was formerly employed by the School Board of Broward County, Florida as a Book Keeper Specialist 1. Being a mother, wife, sister and friend was her most important job. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose, Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Hollywood, Florida and the V.F.W. LadiesAuxiliaryin Parkersburg.Mrs Coron is survived by one daughter, Debbie Coron and her partner, Latrice of Vienna; two sisters, Joan Janetos of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Donna Ludwig (Gerald) of Lubeck, W.Va.; one brother, Earl Webb (Christine) of Pennsboro, W.Va.; several nieces and nephews including Laura Jo Ludwig and her daughter Emily, Mike Ludwig, Linda Adams (Terry), Lisa Janetos, Russell Tomasini, Rebecca and Julie, Susan Wright, and Jane Wade; many good friends including Shirley Forshey and Glenn Moss. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard H. Coron; one sister, Mary Lockhart; and one brother, Tom Webb.Mrs. Coron's wishes were to be cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
